HEAD COACH : Tom Hole
Tom has been Head Coach at the Albert Lawn Tennis Club for the last 16 years and is a LTA Qualified level 4 performance coach, First Aid qualified and DBS checked.
As a junior player he was Staffordshire county champion, county team player, member of the West Midlands Performance Squad and played in the indoor junior National Championships.
He is a current senior county player, occasionally plays on the over 35 veteran’s tour, current club singles champion and is the Men's A team captain.
Tom has over 20 years’ experience in coaching tennis and was coached and mentored by the late Pete Brown, the legendary national coach. He coaches children from the age of 3 up to experienced adults of any playing ability with his main emphasis on improving your game and enjoying yourself at the same time.
Some of Tom’s players have become county standard and also club champions. In group sessions or private lessons Tom has the experience and skills to bring on your game.
Tom is a Babolat Team Coach and always recommends Babolat rackets, clothing and footwear.

Coaching sessions for children of all ages led by our professional Club Coach
There is a strong Junior Section of about 100 members. The Club provides coaching for Juniors throughout the year. Juniors are encouraged to play during the school holidays. There are lots of opportunities for competitive play.
Boys and girls Teams are entered in the National County Junior League and in the Wolverhampton League.

ASSISTANT COACH: Spencer Turner
Spencer has been assisted Tom at the Albert for the last 13 years and is LTA Qualified level 3 coach, First Aid qualified and DBS checked. He is a current Albert Team player and a previous Mens Captain.
Spencer was coached by Tom during his later teenage years and then became part of the Albert Coaching team when the number of players in the coaching programme increased and he has developed into a very good coach.
He specialises in spotting talented juniors and has coached various players to county standard and turned them into exciting prospects. Spencer is a popular member of the team and always strives to bring the best out of his players.
Spencer uses Babolat Areo Drive racket.
Private Lessons are available with Spencer at £17 per hour.
